A Structured Approach
Jaclyn is the author of Stepping into Inclusion, a book that provides leaders with a framework to lead more inclusively.
This framework consists of 6 steps and each step includes a call to action that helps leaders put structure around how to evolve as an inclusive leader. It’s about broadening your definition of talent, strengthening working relationships and implementing new ideas to achieve the goals and objectives of your team.

Format: services are offered in a format that best serves the client. Session can be done in-person or remotely via online and/or audio.
Duration: All sessions are 60 minutes.
